I am a visual journalist born and raised in Germany, a graduate of the University of Westminster in London, UK. I live and work in Mainz. My work has been published in The Guardian, Al Jazeera and I was the lead photographer for the St. Gallen Magazine for three consecutive years.
'Human Condition' in a wider or closer perspective is the main focus of my work. To laugh and keep silent with the people I am working with is essential.

Hard Facts: B.A. in Journalism, M.A. in Documentary Photography & Photojournalism, Lived in (abroad): Valencia, Riga, Dubai, Belgrade and London. Fluent in German & English, Basics in French and Spanish. Beginner in Portuguese.
Soft Facts: Travelling in my spare and work time (Flight Attendant) has developed my intercultural competence and has ever increased my already empathic nature. On assignment I am always focused and make people in weird situations feel relaxed. I am always up for a laugh.
